Politics is a human endeavor and while the problems of tribal colleges pale in comparison to many other political entities, tribal colleges do suffer from the same problems that other organizations and colleges suffer from, but they also deal with special problems caused by a unique history of oppression and some of the worst socio-economic conditions in America.
