RETIRING EXECUTIVE DIRECTORY DR. GERALD E. GIPP AND HIS WIFE GINNY WERE HONORED AT THE AIHEC CONFERENCE IN BISMARCK, ND.

Retiring Executive Director Dr. Gerald E. Gipp and his wife Ginny were honored by the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC) board and staff during the powwow held at the AIHEC conference in Bismarck, ND.  AIHEC Board officers led the honoring procession, L to R, front row: First Vice Chair Ferlin Clark, Dine College president; Dr. Gipp; Treasurer James Shanley, Fort Peck Community College president; and Second Vice-Chair Cynthia Lindquist Mala, Cankdeska Cikana Community College president (second row, behind Clark).  Photos by Dennis Neumann
