Emily White Hat was recently named as a 2015 Native American ’40 Under 40′ award recipient by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. A member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe who grew up in St. Francis. She has an associate of arts degree in Lakota history and culture from Sinte Gleska University.
White Hat works with tribal colleges and universities at the American Indian College Fund.
