Navajo Technical University (NTU, Crownpoint, NM) has developed a storied archery program over the past decade. This season produced three All-American archers: Leona Begay who competes in the women’s compound, and Dudley Larrison and Filberto Vecenti who compete in men’s recurve.

Vecenti topped all archers in the nation this year and was named as men’s recurve champion at the 2013 3D United States Intercollegiate Archery Championships. Larrison wasn’t far behind, placing third. Larrison was also named as the NTU men’s scholar-athlete of the year, while Rhonda Joe, was named female scholar-athlete of the year.
