Aileen Fox-Plant is an Anishnabe (Ojibway/Odawa/Pottawatomi) tribal member of the Wikwemikong Unceded First Nation and her reserve is on Manitoulin Island, Ontario. She has a 3.6 GPA in her major of Elementary Education at Salish Kootenai College, where her husband Albert is also a full-time student. They have two young sons and enjoy traveling to pow-wows. Aileen’s creative artistry finds expression in her entire family’s beadwork and outfits.
